Megan graduated from Manchester dental school in 2017. As an undergraduate, she won the anatomy prize for dissection and was nominated for the prestigious John Lowry Oral Surgery award. Megan completed her elective project at Harvard School of Medicine & Dentistry, Boston.

Post qualification, Megan has gained further qualifications with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow as well as completing a Post graduate certification in medical education. Megan completed her dental core training years in Ipswich and Broomfield Hospital maxillofacial/oral surgery units where she developed a passion for maxillofacial/oral surgery and hospital care. During this time, she has continued developing her surgical skills in general practice.

Megan has published articles in numerous peer review journals including the British Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Dental Update and the British Dental Journal. She has presented numerous project posters at regional, national and international conferences.

During her time at Broomfield Hospital she completed the Advanced Trauma Life Support Qualification.
