An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven, motivated and detail orientated individual to join the practice as a Patient Co-ordinator.

As Patient Co-ordinator, the focus of the role is working on our reception, your role will be to ensure that all of our patients have a fantastic experience throughout their journey with us, from first contact to the end of their treatment journey. This will include meeting and greeting them on the day of their appointments. We aim to offer our private patients a truly personalised service and this role is key to ensuring that they feel supported by someone they know and trust.
You will be the central point of contact for all telephone queries and for ensuring all initial enquiries are dealt with within the required KPIs. You will also undertake general administrative tasks. This includes ensuring timely, accurate responses for a positive experience.
As a busy practice we're looking for someone who can manage a busy and varied workload. We are looking for someone who is incredibly customer focused, with the ability to provide a first class service to patients. Visiting the dentist can be a daunting prospect for patients to deal with, so you will need to have an empathetic approach and be able to put others at ease.
The Patient Co-ordinator will liaise closely with the clinical team and management team to coordinate patients’ entire journeys and provide a 5-star service.
Act as the first point of call for all patient access queries.
