Kirsty begun working in dentistry as a Trainee Dental Nurse, where she studied alongside work to achieve her Level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing. Whilst a Dental Nurse, Kirsty worked at a Specialist Dental Practice where she worked alongside multiple Specialist Dentists ranging from Endodontists (specialised in root treatments) to Periodontists (specialised in gum disease management/treatment). By working alongside a Periodontist (who we refer to), Kirsty found her passion and wanted to further her studies to become part of the management of periodontal disease (gum disease) patients!

Kirsty qualified from the University of Essex with a Distinction in 2023, also achieving the Dean’s List during her studies. Kirsty is very passionate about having a holistic, patient-orientated approach to treatment, ensuring she can do all within her scope to treat patient’s needs. She hopes to ease any nerves regarding treatment and bring you to a point where you enjoy having your regular hygiene visits!

In her spare time Kirsty loves spending time with her family, friends, and going for walks with her Labrador puppy (Nyla). She likes to express her creativity through cooking new recipes and baking, when time allows.
