Can I eat normally with a dental crown?

Yes, once the crown is firmly in place, you can eat normally. However, it’s essential to avoid biting into very hard objects to prevent damage to the crown.

Jess started her journey in the dentistry in 2014 where she started as an apprentice dental nurse and later graduated with a level 3 diploma in dental nursing.

Jess wanted to further her training and have a more hands on approach with patient care and the treatment of periodontal disease (gum disease). She qualified from the University of Essex in 2021 with a Distinction in Oral Health Science, during her studies she obtained the Dean’s List and was awarded the Outstanding Achievement Award.

In her spare time Jess enjoys travelling around the world and has spent 9 months around Asia and Oceania.
