Cara joined us as Practice Manager in 2016 and brings with her many years of management experience within the dental sector.

She began her career in Dentistry in 2002 and is a registered dental care professional. She has obtained a vast range of qualifications since qualifying as a dental nurse in 2004, including dental radiography, impression taking, application of fluoride varnish, NVQ assessors award, Level 5 Diploma in Business Management and most recently a Level 7 Diploma in Leadership and Management.

Cara is very passionate about her work and has proven to be a great asset to the team here at Christchurch.

Cara is responsible for implementing strategies, building a strong, friendly team and developing customer service of the highest standard.

Away from the practice, Cara is kept busy looking after her twin daughters. She volunteers as an events organiser for the local cricket team, that her husband plays for, and spends much of her summer with her extended cricket family. She enjoys keeping fit and playing netball, horse riding and socialising with family and friends.
