Sylvia came to the practice as she was conscious of a gap along her gum line, there wasn’t a corresponding tooth above so she felt her smile was unbalanced. She said ‘it probably wasn’t as conspicuous as my head made it out to be, but I felt that it was a huge space’.
She carried on to say, ‘I was offered a choice of solutions but went for an implant and crown because that was the closest to a natural tooth. I knew it was a long process, but ultimately well worth the wait. Each step and the timescale was documented at the beginning of the treatment so that there were no surprises’.
She now feels much more confident when smiling and eating. She said how her new crown was the perfect match in terms of size and colour and how she loves the results.
She very kindly went on to say how she would recommend both the practice and the procedure, saying ‘ there is such a high level of competence, professionalism and the latest technology and equipment, all complemented by friendly staff. Derek was particularly kind to me and it was apparent that he wanted the best solution’.
