Our commitment to you is that you will always receive the best treatment we can provide; a solid commitment to your dental well-being, resulting in a confident, healthy and beautiful smile.
The first person you will usually meet at the practice will be our Treatment Coordinator, who is here to listen to you and your needs. Over a cup of coffee, she will chat to you about any concerns and issues you have with your smile, and explain how we will be able to help.
COMPLIMENTARY APPOINTMENT
We are currently offering new patients a complimentary appointment with our Treatment Co-Ordinator to help you find out more about our practice, and about the treatments we have available.
A refundable deposit of £30 is required upon booking, however this will be refunded to you when you attend your appointment
Your first consultation
If you do decide to join our practice, you will have a comprehensive dental assessment, which typically lasts around 60 minutes. We usually ask you to arrive a few minutes before your appointment so you can complete a clients profile.
This extended consultation lets us find out if you have any concerns about your oral health, and we will also take detailed digital radiographs. We will examine your gums, teeth and existing dental restorations, as well as screening for oral cancer.
Don’t worry if you haven’t been to the dentist for years, treat your initial consultation as a fresh start. Many of our new clients worry about visiting the dentist but our friendly, sympathetic team can help allay any fears. They will go out of their way to make you feel more relaxed and we can arrange sedation for any future treatment if needed.
During the consultation, we will discuss our findings and your treatment options, so you can decide if you would like to join one of our membership plans or be seen on a ‘pay as you go’ basis. If you decide to go ahead with treatment, we will always confirm the cost in writing. The fee for this initial appointment is £150.
